@ giower:
Nah, I was just kidding: it's actually harder. Whereas you have a shirt which just extends downwards on a male, for the really funky anime-inspired designs, you'll see how much more complex it is.

I looked around this thread, surprised it was stil alive btw, just for the lols, its funny how people feel they have the right to tell others what they should make, upload and use. You don't like female mods ? To bad walk away if they aren't for you, its not like your forced to use them and since they are so many and so good rated its obvious they are liked by a big percent of users.
You don't have as many male armors as you wished ? Well then its your business and instead of blaming others who aren't interested in them or using lame excuses, how about putting that energy in making your own gear and providing it, if you don't put effort into doing it then at least have the courtesy of not expecting someone else, especially if they are not interested, in doing it for you.
Grow up get a life and learn that the world does not revolve around you, all share the same rights. That is all.

There is nothing wrong in the amount of outfits (regardless of the sex), the modders create and share what they like.
If its skimpy armor with laughable amount of material which can count as armour or even high-detailed armours with even reasonable protection.
I think as long as RPG's exist (P&P, SingleRPG, MMORPG) female charas are something which are extremely popular, maybe its is seen as compansation
of the lack of a real girlfriend (maybe I'm no psychologist and I'm single ^.^). As far as I now there is only there Live-RPG scene where female charas played by males goes to zero, but only as far as I know.
For myself I had played Oblivion till yet only with female chars and there are some really good looking works (for example Hentai and his works).
Mods are the expression of the modder creating a gameworld resembling his thoughts, there are some perverted mods aiming at females but I've stumbled even on mods which are definitly male-homosexual-orientated.
Everyone which looks for mods to add to his game has to decide by him self which is worth for him, BUT never ever think about criticising a modder over his vision of the world. Especially if the looking one is a modder himself and doesn't like to be trolled and criticised over his thoughts.
"Don't harm others in a way, if you don't want to be harmed the same way."
If a mod doesn't fits perfectly for me I look if I can change it (even with limited modding capabilities there will be mods which oneself can adjust to his own flavour).
Puh what kind of hell of text, I hope I didn't made to much mistakes.

I don't really mind, there are plenty of great male armors on the nexus.

might not be too many female clothings, just not enough male ones. I guess most of us play as a female character or like to see their companion wearing skimpy stuff. It's all about taste, and i highly doubt that trend will stop as long as Bethesda exists.
Willing to help to find/sate request about FNV and skyrim mods.

I like to play as my orc but despite trying out female characters I couldn't get into it. When I play I like to run around and sort of pretend that it's me doing these actions, saving the town, being the hero, etc. It's hard to do this when I am playing as a woman. I think there are many female armor mods just due to a good amount of material from asian areas that rip/create specific anime inspired game content.
Fallout being more fps and guns blazing style allowed there to be a good amount of male armor mods but the fantasy games I think allow this type of creativity to flourish.

Note that nobody else in the game can buy a place in Tenpenny, either. And if you kill Roy he doesn’t have any vast riches. So he’s really mad that they won’t sell him an apartment which isn’t for sale and which he doesn’t know about for money he doesn’t have.

i feel your pain on this subject if people can make decent clothing for females why cant they do the same for males? as for my self i prefer a mix of light and heavy armor plated outfits that look cool.
thats how i am with most rpgs but on skyrim or oblivion i play as imperial

Yeah, this has always been for me on of the thorns on Bethesda games' mods, for every cool mod you have, theres 100 female buxom armors. I like a beautiful woman as anyone, but this is excessive. I understand too that "sex sells" but there's a limit for everything.

I would prefer more male clothing mods, about 90% of the ones I find are for just for females. :l

I complected agree. Many mods now are flat out perverted now, Sure a large fraction of PC gamers I'm sure enjoy armors that show a little skin and such, by the fact that there are mods that basically throw nudity into games is wrong in my opinion. I mean the greatest mods for games are always spells/weapons/armors and hardly ever one of these "skimpy" armor/clothing mods have ever gotten to the top. I just think it's getting ridiculous and it's not just one game that's the problems, oblivion, each fallout and Skyrim is getting like this. I know mods like these make a lot of people happy but this is just my two cents on it.
I meant many mods for females in my second sentence. I just forgot to add that. Sorry!!!

I think its more people would rather play female characters and if they play female characters they are most likely to make mods that suit the female character rather then make mods for a male character.

actually yes it is kind of annoying, they can create many female clothing but not male maybe modelling and modding female clothing is much is easier than male's

In Oblivion I always play as a male character(name them after pro-athletes). Therefore I saw a lack of male clothing mods. So yes, I think there is too many.
I'ma keep it real trigg.

Yeah, I think there are a few too many. I play as a male character all the time and I'm usually dissapointed whenever I check the Nexus, since all that seems to be new is <insert anime, type of clothing, etc. and then some mixture of letters making an acronym>. Not that having all that many clothing and armor mods is bad, it's just really imbalanced, since searching through armor for male armor and clothing mods is like looking for a needle in an airport filled with hay.
Despite this, I've still found enough armor mods for men to satisfy.

Personally I think that the problem isn't that there's too many female armors, but that there are too few of them that have male equivalents.
Every try to put on that bikini as a dude? Either your body disappears completely or it turns into the female body with messed up textures.
What we need is for that bikini to turn into a pair of mens swim shorts!
