    Reverted back to Vanilla game for Fallout New Vegas. Kind of nice being able to start off all over again without all these mods clogging everything up.

[Website Development] Upcoming changes to the Forum

Dear VGUnians,

We will restructure the entire forum in the coming weeks to reflect the motto of our community: "Video Game Underground Network".

That means, that we will get more categories, divide the current forums into different categories and clean up the main index of the forum. The top navigation (at the very top) will get new navigation panels for each category, so that you can quick-navigate around.

I will open a Developer Blog in the coming days or weeks to give you more insights into what I am up to. It might also happen, that we will have downtimes again, so that we can work on the stuff without members interrupting us or without us interrupting the members.

I cannot tell you when our new Design goes live, but we are still working on it and it will take time to get it finished, since it is a commercial design we bought as a base of operations, which is for Wordpress and not for IP.Board. Therefor we have to port it to IP.Board + Addons, theme everything properly and get things sorted out. This might take weeks, maybe even months.

A live preview, when the time has come, will be available for Subscribers.

Does it mean we will have to go on the IRC channel for the next months/year? Since every time you update something the whole site crash. :tongue:

It is not crashing, it is just in "Offline Mode" and yea...either a Blog will be here instead of the VGU Forums or a simple offline message with info about our unofficial irc and twitter account.

Heh. Sounds like fun Max. I can't wait to see this go up live. XD I can only say take your time and we support you all the way! (Especially me. :3) This is the best news I've personally heard all week. Why? Well, off-topic, and long-story-short, my mom's car decides to break down, and she's been a complete ass about the whole thing, whilst I've been trying to help her out.... thanksgiving (And Happy belated Thanksgiving Day to all you VGUians), and my dad's antics don't help the matter.... all I want to do is sit down to a nice cup of Skyrim, and relax on the forums awhile. XD

Back ON-Topic, thankyou for the warning ahead of time. I'm usually found over at the IRC channel. (...And it's a really nice channel. :3) This way, I won't freak out when I see VGU is down.

I'd like this site to be in catorgies and easy to look around. I find it a bit difficult to surf
